1. AVOID HIGH FAT
Report says that high fat meal blunts the ability of nitric oxide to dilate blood vessels for four hours it means blood flow is less to muscles so avoid high fats four hours before daily work out.
2. SLOW DIGESTING DIET
Include 50 grams of slow digesting diet such as oats meal ,fruits,wheat,potato etc before work out which will help burn more fat.
3. INTAKE OF CAFFEINE
1-2 hours before work out will help you do more reps.
4. FORCED REPS
5. FOCUS MUSCLES
6. DON’T TRAIN TO HEAVY DAILY
7. INTAKE OF WATER
