TIPS FOR WORK OUT

Work out is not just what you do in gym your work out starts from morning and continues through out the day.Maintain proper diet and schedule your time.I will provide you with few tips which might help you in maintaining your diet and work out .
1. AVOID HIGH FAT

Report says that high fat meal blunts the ability of nitric oxide to dilate blood vessels for four hours it means blood flow is less to muscles so avoid high fats four hours before daily work out.

 

 

 
2. SLOW DIGESTING DIET

Include 50 grams of slow digesting diet such as oats meal ,fruits,wheat,potato etc before work out which will help burn more fat.

 

 
3. INTAKE OF CAFFEINE

1-2 hours before work out will help you do more reps.

 

 

 
4. FORCED REPS

download (3) In the last set of exercise go for 2-3 extra forced reps but prevent over training .

 

 

 

 

5. FOCUS MUSCLES

images (1) Keep focus on the muscle you are training focus on biceps when doing biceps, chest while doing chest etc. Muscle recruitment can result in muscle growth .

 

 
6. DON’T TRAIN TO HEAVY DAILY

7. INTAKE OF WATER

8. CARDIO

download (5) Make sure you have a save cardio before or after work out atleast for 10 minutes.

 

 

 
9. DIET

download (6) Maintain proper diet based on your work out NOT ALONE WORK OUT HAS POSITIVE EFFECT it have a co relation with your body intake make sure you come up to that level of requirement of diet.

 

 

 
10. SCHEDULE TIME

download (7) Make sure you set a proper time for work out make sure you do work out at same time daily it will have a positive effect.
