GAS? Problem faced by many people in this world. Average person passes gas 15-25 times a day it is good for health don’t think it is embarrassing. Gas? This problem may be caused by certain food, air swallowing, medication, illness etc. There are various way to avoid bloating and gassiness.

FOOD WHICH intestinal GAS INCLUDES
