  1. 5-6 MEALS A DAY – The more food you intake is an advantage to gain weight. Best way is to break meals into parts eating a lot at once can lead to indigestion which will not let you gain weight. Partly dividing meals can help you digest properly and absorb nutrients.
  2. INCREASE INTAKE OF CALORIES – 250-500 Calories more than your regular diet may help you gain weight fast it might not be easy but it is not impossible. Eat food with high calories.
  3. DRINK YOU CALORIES – It would be tuff to fill in your required calories only by eating instead drink your calories in form of milk shake, milk, protein shake with no or little sugar.
  4. INTAKE OF PROTEIN – 300-500 more calories than regular intake. Eat food which is rich in proteins like cheese, egg, milk etc.
  5. HAVE PATIENCE – Weight gain or loss is not an easy task you must have patience a normal individual can gain nothing more than 2-3 kg per month after following all the tips above. Have patience don’t give it up in between have confidence on yourself.
