BACK ? PAIN (TIPS)

  1. EXERCISE – Best way to avoid back pain is exercise. Limit exercise and rest. Exercise improves blood flow through out body this will relax your body.

SITTING5. AVOID HIGH HEELS – This can strain your lower back. Remove heels don’t force yourself when it strains your back.
